BeerFooty provides craft beer and sports event management consulting, hospitality strategy, and fan engagement services in South Africa. All services are delivered as described in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify service offerings with reasonable notice.
You agree to provide accurate information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable South African laws.
All content, materials, and methodologies provided by BeerFooty are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
BeerFooty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights under South African consumer protection law.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days’ written notice. BeerFooty may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return any confidential materials.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
